With over 20 years of experience in outdoor ed, personal training, pilates, yoga, boxing, spin, barre and and massage, Janelle brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting whole-body wellness through skilled, intuitive care. Sukha is here to help you feel balanced, restored, and at ease, with a focus through Pilates and Remedial massage.

Sukha refers to comfort, ease, and balance; the literal meaning is “good space,” from the root words su (good) and kha (space).

The Pilates sessions involve some of Joseph’s apparatuses including the Reformer, Spine Corrector, Wunderchair and Cadillac with options to introduce props or cardio in your session.
Pilates will enhance your wellbeing, mobility, strength and flexibility.

If you want some extra help with your movement goals or have a specific injury to work on, an individual 45-minute Pilates session is a great option.
If you prefer company of your bestie, you can book a duet session and save some money, whilst still getting a great personalised session.

Remedial Massage is a targeted form of massage therapy that focuses on treating pain, injury, and dysfunction in the muscles and soft tissues of the body.
It involves assessing and addressing specific issues, then using techniques designed to promote healing, improve mobility, and restore normal function. Remedial massage is both therapeutic and restorative, and can be tailored to individual needs for effective, results-driven care.
Relaxation - A smooth, gentle, flowing style that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation and de stresses the body.
Pregnancy - Utilising a belly pillow and wedges, we focus on enhancing wellbeing with a relaxing flow for reducing tension and enhancing circulation.
